USB1200BE Suppliers Special built-in green functions ensure optimum efficiencyat all power levels. At low power (standby) levels, theSMPS supply operates at a lower frequency. In burststandby mode, power consumption can be reduced to lessthan l W. USB1200BE Datasheet Figure 27 shows the simplified schematic for a single amplifier. The amplifier contains a Butler Amplifier at the input. Thisfront-end design uses both bipolar and MOSFET transistors inthe differentialinput stage. The bipolar devices, Ql and Q2,improve the offset voltage and achieve the low noise perfor-mance, while the MOS devices, Ml and M2, are used to obtainhigher slew rates. The bipolar differential pair is biased with aproportional-to-absolute-temperature (PTAT) bias source, IBl,while the MOS differential pair is biased with a non-PTATsource, IB2. This results in the amplifier having a constant gain-bandwidth product and a constant slew rate over temperature. USB1200BE Price VREFThis is the audio processor voltage reference usedthrough out the FM/audio section of the chip. Assuch it is essential that it is well decoupled toground to reduce as far as possible the risk ofcrosstalk and noise injection. This voltage is de-rived directly from the bandgap reference of 2.4V.The VREF output can sink up t0 500ccA in normaloperation and 100ccA when in stand-by. Use the same terminate oneach output for the lowest output~to-output skew. When asingle-ended signal is taken from a differential output, terminate both outputs. For example, if QJs used as asingle-ended output, terminate both Q and Q.
